Michael Fish - EMPT Coordinator
I have worked for the center since 2008 when I joined as a project assistant on the Early Mathematics Placement Tool program and in 2009 became the EMPT Coordinator. This means working with high school teachers that use the program and center staff to best ensure everyone's needs are met.
I am completing my PhD in mathematics education with a minor in educational psychology. My own research examines how mathematics teachers and their students conceptualize and identify the role that mathematics plays in their lives.
